UGANDA: APOLOGIES TO THE UPDF 4th DIVISION COMMANDER FOLLOWING HEADING “JOSEPH KONY’S SPIRITUAL, AWERE AND ATO HILLS TO GRAB”

The management of Oyeng Yeng online Publications kindly apologizes to UPDF 4^th Division Commander based in Gulu, Major General Felix Busizoori, for mentioning his name in the story that was allegedly reported. The former Pader Residence Commissioner, Silvestro Opira, earlier told this Paper that when he questioned the Uganda Land Commissioner about the Ato Hill being used by UPDF, “Grab”. Gulu City Residence Commissioner Ambrose Onoria called one of the personnel of the UPDF to answer his question.

“The meeting was called by the Uganda Land Commission, who came to Gulu City in the Community Hall Barajas meeting held in Gulu City Council under the docket of Gulu City Land Commissioner Auther Owor and Gulu City Mayor, Julius Achire Labeja Gunya,
