Uganda military, Gulu 4th Division Spokesperson denied UPDF involvements Lam

  • LAMWO: UGANDA. Fears for the election rigging is trickling in Hulu City,  the capital of Northern Uganda as the marudiangs forces is pretty ticking ballots material along Uganda-Sidan border,  at Ngom Oromo.

Okello David a marker vendor from Palabek market says yesterday Saturday January 9, 2021 one of his close friend who works as an informer disclosed to him that there are groups of military uniform men they ticking ballots papers ahead of Jan. 14 presidential and parliamentary election .

“my friend says go and tell people that we are now ticking ballots papers, in Hulu City MP west we are pre ticking for Ojara Martin, Gulu City east,  we are pretty ticking ballots papers for Fr. Onen, Gulu City Mayor we are pretty ticking g ballots papers for Alfred Okwanga and so on” source mooted.

However,  Selesphor the spokesperson  for Uganda Army based in Northern Uganda when contacted could nor confirm or deny the allegations,  but promise to inform oyengyeng newd desk after  sourcing for the fact,

“You rumor monger who told you that, report to police, but when pressed up,  he says this is a serious issue, I will pursue the matter “.UPDF 4th Division spokesperson reiterated

Numbers of opposition candidates reacted when contacted that they are ready to block the PRE ticked balloted paper during voting.

Caecer Lubangakene,  the NUP MP candidate for Gul u East City,  who is one of the popular candidate says let them do the prepared ticking of fake ballots papers,  we shall make sure that these ballots boxes will not be part of the voting materials.

“Where are they going to put them,  any ballots box which not signed by our agents we ate not going to allow it. ” Lubangakene warns
