UGANDA: HEAVY DOWNPOUR MARRED GULU CITY OKTOBERFEST, MARCHANDES REGISTERED LOSES

Gulu City Oktoberfest, the opening day on Monday, October 6, 2025, made a breakthrough, the festival registered 75 percent achievement with businesses of all sorts across the country struggling to book spaces.
