“I cannot wait to see my Family suffer. What is happening in Kampala City? There is heavy patrol involved, the Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) and the Uganda Police Force at night. When they meet you, if you are dressed badly and you look destitute, the patrol forces will pick you and they will disappear with you.  We don’t know where they will take you.”
