And they even went as far as to print certificates of recognition, but the EC agents who went to print the EC Certificate were arrested by Uganda Police, two of them were brought to Gulu Central Police Station.
James Onono Ojok, the Gulu University Public Relation Officer who double as electoral Observer confirmed that Odur Onek Obayo Mac, the NRM flag bear for Toci County was about to be declared by Omoro EC boss, but only that Okot Peter DP flag bare was following their network. And when they were preparing to announce the result of election, announcing NRM flag bare Odur Obayo mac, his agent who went to print certificate was arrested.

In Pader Okettayot Lowila won the Woman MP, beating SARAH Achiro Menya, the incumbent MP for Pader woman seat. And Odonga Otto lost Aruu South MP seat to Christopher Komakech, the incumbent MP for Aruu North NRM candidate

One UPDF person voted 10 times for President Museveni, NRM flag bearer Martin Ojara Mapenduzi, and Betty Aol Ocan, we voted until we make sure that there is no gap for our NRM candidates.
President Museveni was in Gulu 4th UPDF barrach a day before voting, instructing his forces to make sure we voted for his candidates.” Okello Mary lamented.
