Although NUP swept Buganda, and Busoga Sub Regions, fear still engulfed NUP supporters. As the internet, networks still remain scanting. The election which has been described peacefully turned out to be the most violent January 15 presidential polls.

In Northern Uganda, Uganda People Defense Forces, UPDF military combat Jet flea all over Northern Uganda, even during election day, Jet was causing mayhem. Scaring voters, sign UPDF jets were sending and intimidating voters.

Most of the rigging took place in Oding Industry Hub, according from Gulu NGO Forum, one of the Human Rights advocates working in Northern Uganda, resealed those two days before voting, one NRM big wig from Kampala drove to Oding, Industrial Hub, to oversee the ballots paper ticking. The voting took place two day before the voting.

Where the ballot stuffing was done in favor of President Museveni and all the NRM flags bare candidatures were stuffed too.

In Omoro District, the women MP, the ballot stuffing occurred two in Aremo Sub County, Lakwana and Labora Sub Counties where Catherine Lamwaka, the incumbent, was declared a winner yesterday at around 5:00PM. Lamwaka was confirmed winner in just Presidential and Parliamentary Election.

Odur Onek Obayomac, NRM vanadate lost to Peter Okot DP party. Odur Obayo mac, conniving with Omoro District Electoral officer. And they even went as far as to print certificates of recognition, but the EC agents who went to print the EC Certificate were arrested by Uganda Police, two of them were brought to Gulu Central Police Station.

James Onono Ojok, the Gulu University Public Relation Officer who double as electoral Observer confirmed that Odur Onek Obayo Mac, the NRM flag bear for Toci County was about to be declared by Omoro EC boss, but only that Okot Peter DP flag bare was following their network. And when they were preparing to announce the result of election, announcing NRM flag bare Odur Obayo mac, his agent who went to print certificate was arrested.

“We contacted President Office about the election fraud which was taking place in Omoro District, and the officials from President Office contacted, Gulu Regional International Officer, in turn, RISO contacted Northern Uganda Regional Police for Aswa Rezone and RPC of Aswa contacted Omoro DPC, and Omoro District Internal Intelligence Officer who dropped to the polling station in Opit Town Council, where the ISO officers order for the release to Election result.

Saying, if all-Northern Uganda there is no chaos, even Gulu City still remain without chaos, what he will want to do here. Peter Okot, incumbent MP for Toci was declared winner. While Catherine Lamwaka won Omoro Woman MP,”

In Pader Okettayot Lowila won the Woman MP, beating SARAH Achiro Menya, the incumbent MP for Pader woman seat. And Odonga Otto lost Aruu South MP seat to Christopher Komakech, the incumbent MP for Aruu North NRM candidate

Aruu North, Santa Okot lost to Ottobar William NRM candidate, Agago West Anywar Ricky Richard, Agago East Edward Makmot Otto, Agago North, Lugwar Benson, Agago Woman MP, Akello Beatrice Akori.

Okello Mary, not real name one of the polling Assistance in Gulu 4^th UPDF Barrack intimated to our Correspondent that there was a massive rigging by UPDF soldiers.

One UPDF person voted 10 times for President Museveni, NRM flag bearer Martin Ojara Mapenduzi, and Betty Aol Ocan, we voted until we make sure that there is no gap for our NRM candidates.

President Museveni was in Gulu 4^th UPDF barrach a day before voting, instructing his forces to make sure we voted for his candidates.” Okello Mary lamented.
