UGANDA: OMORO RESIDENTS URGED TO SEIZE JANUARY 15, 2026 ELECTION TO UNITE AND REMOVE MUSEVENI’S DICTATORSHIP

“” We are going to have an election now to open the eyes of people, to make sure their eyes open. Those who elect their leader will make for us the election that will give us a new Uganda, an old Uganda in a new Uganda. We are going to have a new decision in a new Uganda.

In a new Uganda where many leaders do not come from one family; in a new Uganda where we are not fighting to have a generation of one family, where the son is the Chief of Uganda Défense Forces, the wife is cabinet Minister for education, and husband is commander-in-chief of the Défense Force.

A new Uganda where we are going to have a president who will not stay in power for 40 years, did you know that every year Uganda’s dictator Museveni uses UGX 10 trillion of Uganda taxpayer’s money, and every day he uses UGX 3.5 billion to buy people? And after five years, Museveni uses UGX 50 trillion, that is enough to buy drugs for every hospital in Uganda, and the UGX 50 trillion is enough to invest in our schools to have good education” NUP party PRESIDENT Robert Kyagulanyi roared

Opit Catholic Missionary, and Secondary School playground at dawn was surrounded by Uganda Police Forces and Uganda People Defense Forces (UPDF), be ceased with heavy deployment blocking the people of Omoro to gain entrant to attend the National Unity Platform (NUP) rally, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine. Who was supposed to address a political rally in Omoro District according to the Uganda Election Commission Calendar, but that did not prevent NUP party president from addressing the rally?

At 5:20 PM local East African time, Robert Kyagulanyi, Bobi Wine stood up to address thousands of NUP supporter who turned up for the political rally, his words, a word of liberator. Here below is the verbatim speech he made.

Today by grace of God we are able to make it here. I have to thank my Deputy President, and all the people of Acholi. My name is Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, aka Bobi Wine, I am called Ogen Rwot Lapyem, the name I have been given by the elders of Acholi.

I have come here to delivery every important message; you vote me I am telling you to have opportunity we must have ourselves out of the place where are stacked

I come today, although I have been delay on the road because the government of Uganda have deployed over 40 Uganda Police Maura vehicles to track me, as if  I am not  a very good man, but president of Uganda see me as danger man, even if don’t have a single gun, I am talking to you asking you to vote for me to be the president of Uganda. I am talking to you. Many of you did not know where we came from 40 years ago.

Literally the younger generation do not know what happened 40 years ago, when Museveni took over our country, I know I am talking to relatively young people, majority of you did not understand what happened 40 years ago, it has been 40 years of gun rule, 40 years of poverty, 40 years of gun rule, 40 years of undermining Human rights.40 years of slavery, 40 years ago Museveni took very this country, 40 year he took over from the former president

40 years, Museveni came here with a gun, he was not elected, 40 years ago Uganda had an election, 40 years Museveni had only 1 percent of vote, 40 years ago Museveni told Uganda his vote was stolen.

40 years ago, in 1980, there was an election and Museveni got only 1 present of the vote, he said his vote they have stolen, he started the war, in that war half a millions of Uganda died, Museveni told out parents that he was bring democracy in UGANDA want to bring democracy, president Museveni told our people that his vote was stolen, he deceived out people; he wanted to bring democracy, he want to bring human right and stop stealing the vote.

Now we are supposed to be campaigning. I am a presidential candidate but have you ever seen in the world where a presidential candidate must put on a ballistic missile in his head? You have seen heavy police Tear gas, you have seen on TVs how I am putting on bullet proof, and putting on elements that have missile proof. Because he is fearing for his own life, you have seen everywhere in the world where presidential candidates must put on Television every day, shooting at us with teargas, this is the very thing we must stop in Uganda. They fear you because they have seated you, they feared you.

I am aware that before I came here, they were stopping people not to come here, you have seen heavy deployment.

You have seen heavy police and military trucks because they want to intimidate you, they fear you, they fear you because they have betrayed you, because they don’t want me to open your eyes now even if school is brought in Omoro you will not see a police truck coming to stop it.

Because they fear you because of the people you have opened your eyes to, I know I am talking to you people, If I tell you Omoro was in a better position, because many people have died. Museveni said he has brought peace, who has taken peace from you, because he started the war with National Resistance Army that killed our people, now he said he has brought peace, peace is not the present of guns, rapped out people, killed our mothers and tortured them, peace is not the present of gun, but most importantly they feared you because you have opened your eyes,  because the majority of people have died, Museveni came here to tell you he has brought peace,  peace is not the present of war,  he peace is present of justice and equality. Now I came to you brothers and sisters, to tell you that we can live in a better country, 40 year is enough for one leader, it has been 40 years, look at the road, look at the health centre, even if they used police to torture us, but look at their school near you, look at police, their condition, look at the schools, their children studying, look at their houses. And yet Uganda is a very rich country, Uganda can do better if we have a better leader, we are going to make sure that the president will not die in power.

For the 40 years, they have been promising you that they were going to pay your cows Now Museveni is telling you that he want to pay you cattle they have stolen, 40 years he has been telling you a lie, if Museveni is telling you that he wants to pay you five cows to every household, tell him that because of election let him give the cow before election

I am aware they have turned our people into debtors, the people of Omoro. You know what I am telling you, the money lenders you see here are not from here, in English this is what we called new colonialism, Museveni is a new colonialist.

To the young people I KNOW OUR PARENT SUFFER, I have no doubt that our people will unite, you know that I have been a musician, because I want to inspire our people, to save our people.

Is there anything good there, people power, I am telling you to join my bandwagon to move together, on January 15th we are going to have an election, we must go and vote to liberate our people, so that we have a better life. The people we elect are the people who are going to lead us.

Those people who are going to lead us from the old Uganda to a new Uganda, in new Uganda to unite Uganda, in a new Uganda, we are going to get jobs not depend to tribal line, in new Uganda, we are not going to have money lenders, in a new Uganda we are going to have new people who will decided to make decision.

Did you know that Museveni stole UGX 10 trillion, every year, for 5 years Museveni stole UGX 50 TRILLION, that money is enough for Uganda, that UGX 50 trillion should have gone to school, but he bought his political opponent?

Let me tell you when I am coming here I saw many military police, in a new Uganda, we are not going to have those long military vehicles, let me tell you there was  Great Russian Dictator called Gen. George  Stalin, he called his generals he want to break their feelings  and took a Hen in his hand and started plucking the feather of and the Hen was crying, but he kept on plucking out the feathers, the Hen was feeling so must pain and later he through the Hen down, and picked Maize grains, sprinkling it down, and the Hen began to eat it. Gen. Stalin was walking and the Hen was following, you reduce them to nothing until they began to worship you and that is what Museveni is doing.

Now Stalin told his people you must do that to people so that they believe in you, this is what can happen to people, you can torture them and kill them but they will still follow you that is what Museveni is doing to you.

For you the young people of Acholi, I want to challenged you, you will not hear on TVS or Radio all the television has been COMPROMISED, I am telling you because I don’t fear, you will what Museveni did doing Many things here, for those who have mobile phone, you will see what Museveni did in 1980s, you charge on YouTube,   and you see the brilliant genocide documented by Milton Allimadi and Dr.

,You can confirmed for yourself,  see what Museveni did after the 1986 takeover of government , he has killed, there people of moral value  who are my friend the likes of  Mwaka Lutukomio, Milton Allimadi and even in that document you will see when Norbert Mao when he was still have good reason on his head was talking and advocating for you people in Northern Uganda,  You see what Museveni has done to you, you as his slave,

Let me asked you one question, why many sons of have you ever heard their death, the likes  of Gen. Paul Lokech, Major General Julius Oketta, can anyone tell you wat is their death, you hear any answer about their death, the likes of Jacob Oulanyah, do you hear about their death and is there any answer.

How about the death of  Walter Ochora, that is what Museveni is doing, he will pick him from you, as it has doing before, now you see Norbert Mao when he will pick people who used to speak for you, he will feed their stomach now he has picked Norbert Mao, he will feed him to let his stomach swell, I will tell you your hope is not in the politician, you hope is in you

What Museveni has done to you and what Museveni still doing, he will pick those who used to talk for you, he will pick them like what he has done to Norbert Mao, and after that one he will pick some people,  he will feed them with big stomach , this has happened to Acholi, people before, the Buganda, the People of Kaseses, the Busoga and even his people Banyankole they are not forbidden.

Now, this election I still keeping telling people when Museveni went to court and Museveni reach the curt I will tell the people that this public court of opinion I am telling you that we have to take Museveni to public court, I am telling you vote about you I am asking you as you are going to vote think, about the road, thinks about the hospital, thinks about the condition of you people who are in poverty, thinks about the school and your children who have been denied education.

here when Museveni reach the court, we are telling him this is to let our people unite, I am telling you for 40 years we have been divided, in thing which you and I we are not part, Museveni want us not unite, he keep telling us that problem between you Lango and Acholi, Buganda, and Busoga, Banyankole and Toro, Museveni still keeping divided us in over for his to rule us.

To me I come to aspire this young people that Uganda belong to us, that they young people have share in Uganda, for us to achieve that we must remain unite, for 40 years, we have not been united, Museveni want us not to be friend, Acholi are not friend to Lango, Buganda are not friend to Busoga, Teso are not friend to Karamojong. Our problem continues.

I am here telling you brother and sister, the problem is a family rule, did you know why one man is the President, his wife is the minister of education, his brother controls everything, and his son is the UPDF army commander. And the problem continue we must end it now

In a new Uganda everybody is going to be equal, in a new Uganda, we must make sure that we are untied, for us to achieve we must unite that in NUP, unity is our Umbrella, in a new Uganda we must sure that health centre is ruing, education is ruining,  I am not running alone, when you put me in charge of Uganda,

In NUP party I am not running aloe, I have Lamto, when you put us in charge of Uganda corruption is will be his story, does not matter who you are, the most important when you put us in charge of Uganda power will come back, you will power to put one another president.

I want to thank you, I know you have been here and many of you have been from far, I want you to make Bobi Wine of Omoro, when we change Uganda all of us will benefit, even if you are not in politics, this time we will have freedom. Time to enslave us
