UGANDA: NEWS C LETTER-HELLO COSMIC REVOLUTIONARY

Just for you to understand the world around you

WEEKLY C NEWS LETTER: HELLO COSMIC REVOLUTIONARY

I was raised in a house with two Manifesting Generator parents, a Manifesting Generator brother, and a Manifestor sister.

There was a lot of energy in our home—momentum, movement, and a constant drive toward something bigger.

My father came from a poor rural Kentucky family. My mother was a poor child in post–World War II Germany. They were both determined to make their mark on the world, to build a life that looked nothing like where they came from. Because of their devotion and relentless effort, I grew up in a childhood filled with possibility, resources, and an unspoken belief that if you worked hard enough, you could shape your destiny.

I also grew up knowing, without question, that I had a purpose.

A lot of my early years were spent with my imaginary friend, Thomas.

Thomas was my quiet companion, the steady voice who whispered a single message over and over: Your purpose is to go forth and teach only love.

He said this to me while I sat in the backseat of my mother’s car, swinging my legs and watching the world pass by. (Also hanging my head out the window because this was still a time when it was okay to smoke in a car with children in the backseat!)

He said it when I climbed the crabapple tree in our backyard and nestled into its branches with my Nancy Drew books. He said it in the quiet moments, the playful ones, the ones where childhood dissolves into a sense of something larger than yourself. Wherever I was, he was there—reminding me.

I translated Thomas’s message the only way I knew how. I turned it into more doing.

I became a nurse, then a midwife, then a parent educator, a coach, a healer and, eventually, a Human Design teacher.

I poured every drop of energy into my purpose, convinced that to “teach only love” meant effort, service, output, devotion, sacrifice.

As a Manifesting Generator, doing is part of my nature—but I took that to mean that my purpose was the doing. And if the results didn’t match the vision I held, I felt like I was failing my purpose…like I was betraying some cosmic assignment that had been given specifically to me.

The pressure was immense. The despair, at times, suffocating.

At 40, I hit a wall. A life-threatening illness forced me out of doing altogether.

In those early months of being sick, I felt like I had failed.

If I wasn’t doing anything, was I even fulfilling my purpose? Was I even useful? Why was I here?

But as my health slowly returned, a truth began to rise. I couldn’t keep doing at the level I had been. There were limits to my physical capacity. Yet my purpose—the message Thomas had whispered from the beginning—still pulsed in me. Teach only love. It hadn’t gone anywhere. But its meaning had shifted.

This led me back to my Human Design chart with new eyes.

In my chart, my G Center is directly connected to my Sacral Center, giving my sense of identity an extra surge of energy.

My G Center also connects to the Throat through the Channel 1/8—the Channel of contribution, individual expression, purpose, and authenticity.

When I revisited this configuration, I realized something profound: I had spent so much time listening to the motor—the Sacral—that I had forgotten to listen to the G Center itself.

The G Center is not a motor. It doesn’t push. It doesn’t produce. It doesn’t grind.

It is the Center for love and direction.

This is the part of our chart that teaches us that our purpose is not fundamentally about what we do. It is about who we “BE”.

Our direction in life comes from the quality of love we hold in our identity, the alignment we maintain with our true self. When we are relentlessly authentic, life naturally moves us toward the places we are meant to go to express our purpose.

Over the past twenty-six years of teaching and studying Human Design, I have seen this truth again and again: We are designed to be authentic.

Our vitality, our support, our flow, our compassion, our resilience—none of these come from forcing ourselves into roles that deny who we are.

When we wear masks, when we hide, when we try to push ourselves into doing that isn’t aligned, life gets hard. Support dries up. Flow collapses. Our energy drains away into defending the mask instead of nourishing the authentic self.

People say, “Do what you love and the money will follow.” And sometimes, yes, it works that way.

But the deeper truth I’ve seen is this:

When you be who you were born to be, the money follows.

So does the support.

So does the alignment.

So does the expansion.

And that support isn’t small. It’s not conditional. It arrives full and abundant—with resources, synchronicity, connection, magic, and unexpected openings. It integrates everything: energy, finances, relationships, opportunities, and timing.

It’s as if the moment we fully inhabit the self we were designed to be, the universe breathes a sigh of relief and rushes in with everything we need.

I believe that’s because the universe isn’t just hoping we fulfill our story—it needs us to.

Each of us is a thread in something vast and necessary. When we live from our authentic self, we strengthen the entire tapestry. We become the living expression of the story we were born to tell.

And that, ultimately, is our purpose. Not what we do, but who we BE.

If this message speaks to you…

If you feel like you’ve lost your purpose…

If you’re overwhelmed with doing and it’s starting to feel meaningless…

If you’ve been feeling like you’re failing your purpose—or wondering if you even have one…

I want to invite you to join me for a Masterclass on Friday, November 21 @ 12pm Central.

This masterclass is a space to reconnect with the truth of who you are, to rediscover the quiet inner compass you may have forgotten, and to remember that your purpose isn’t something you achieve through effort—it’s something you embody through authenticity.

If you feel called, I would be honored to walk beside you.

Save your seat HERE.

From my Heart to Yours,
Dr. Karen
