UGANDA: THOUSANDS NRM SUPPORTERS CELEBRATED CHIESTINE LANYERO AWANY OFFICAL PARTY CAMPAIGN

Christine Lanyero Awany, a bus company investor based in Nwoya District, launched officially NRM grassroot campaign in Nwoya, where she was blessed with Oboke Olwada by her uncles from Patira clan where her mother hailed from yesterday Saturday June 28, 2025 at Olwiyo.

“Today is my official launching of my NRM party political campaign, on June 16, when I got nominated from NRM party office, I promised that I will come back home to host my supporters, and yesterday Friday, I came and got the blessing from my Uncle of the Patira clan. Nothing will stop me to represent my people. I am now old enough that I don’t want to get wedding ring from parliament as other do. beside that I am not going to go parliament to be paid, I am going to do the serves to carry out the overside business.” Christine Lanyero Awany warns.

Christine Lanyero Awany says there are four pillars that pushed her to go to politics, base on the followings.

Education, Poverty, Health, and economic social issues.

She warns youths who are being used by her opponents who she did not mention  to destroyed her posters, stressing that she will not have the law into her hand to kills those wrong doers, but advices youths to used Operation Wealth Creation  and Parish Development Module to get out of poverty.

Advices Youths who are bent to course travel into their spouses, to avoid Gender Bases Violence and used the availability of fertile land in Nwoya, just get used of the land you see, Nwoya District is one of the riches Districts in Uganda, but when you come to Nwoya you will be welcome with poverty.

“When I am elected MP for Woman for Nwoya district, I will extent my hand to get more tractors to every villages, as per now tractors hiring is very expensive.

I want to delivery 100 beds to Anaka Referral Hospital, last year when I visited the hospital, I found only 40 beds for expectants mothers, when I asked the Directors of the Hospital, he told me that every month the admitted 400 mother for delivery”
