He has been dividing us, he wants to return us confused and far divided on tribal line to rule us. He ruled our grandpapas, ruled our father, now ruling us and he would be ruling our children.
I am standing in Northern Uganda, two weeks ago, we were in our head office in Kampala. Among the young people, I have a picture of how Uganda will be, in the year 2021, they were chasing us with teargas. Today we come to tell you how Uganda is. When I came to Northern Uganda, I settled in the Lango Sub Region. I want to tell you, in my new government, the lowest Uganda Police Forces Officer will be paid UGX 1 million, we can bring change in Uganda, we are only fighting to bring it because Museveni divided us, that Kyagulanyi Robert, Bobi Wine is Muganda, should not be voted for. Acholi are not free, the Lango are not free, the Lugbara are not free, the Alur are not free, the Iteso are not free, the Basoga are not free, even Banyankole are not free men.
Museveni used us as a tribal not to unite, I want to tell you even if you do not vote for me, so long as we don’t speak the same language, we will never achieve our political unity, Museveni has ruled our fathers, now is ruling us in the same tactic of divide and rule. Museveni used money and he used alienation against those who opposed his rule.
